Other information

XTB (eXplore The Bible) is a series of daily Bible reading notes for children of the 7-11 age group, with puzzles, pictures and prayers.

XTB is beautifully presented with full-color illustrations and is a series of 12 books which, if used on a quarterly basis, will help a child cover all of the main books, themes and characters of the Bible in 3 years.

Look out for Table Talk - a book of daily Bible times for families with children aged from 4 upwards. The Bible passages are the same each day for XTB and Table Talk - so you can use the two books together, or on their own. Whichever suits you best.

It's a great way of finding out more about Jesus with your children

(Review written for 'XTB 1: The Book of Beginnings')

I bought this book for my son and we use it pretty much every day before bedtime. He always looks forward to xtb and really enjoys reading the bible with these notes. They're lively and fun with lots to think about and do and best of all each day they highlight a clear and simple point for the child to think and pray about. We've been learning about God's promises so far!

really good material

I bought copies of XTB for all the children aged 6 to 11 in our Sunday school and found them to be really good books that the children enjoy reading and completing. They were recommended to me by my 10 year old grandaughter.

would recomment to everyone!!!

(Review written for 'XTB 1: The Book of Beginnings')

I have three children - 7, 8 10yr olds. I have been looking for ages for a devotional that would get them learning more of the Bible in a fun way and at their level. Someone recommended this book and my kids are absolutely enjoying it. They can't wait to sit down together and have our Bible time. It's fun and easy to follow and takes them through the Bible in a way they can engage and understand. Fantastic piece of material. only problem is they love it that much that they all argue over who is filling in the quizzes so looks like i'll be ordering three of everything lol!.

Fabulous!!

(Review written for 'XTB 5: The Promise Keeper')

I think that 'The Promise Keeper' is great. Instead of reading the bible and not understanding what it means xtb really helps me to understand it! It gives me a real understanding for what life was like in those days and helps me to think hard about what Jesus & his kingdom / people went through. Every night after I have done my activies, I always look forward to doing xtb. The part of xtb I enjoy the most it the parts when you have to crack the code. When I started doing Mark's gospel (the very first part), I thought that it was very interesting how the creator of xtb put the verse numbers and what that part of Mark's gospel was talking about. With that I knew what was coming my way. It's fabulous!!!

Excellent

Excellent! Our 8 yr old boy n 6 yr old daughter love doing it first thing in the morning by themselves Takes them maybe 10 mins and they really enjoy it. We hope it will help them love God's word and get into daily habit of sitting at Jesus ' feet - it seems to be doing that so far .Can't recommend it enough.

Highly recommended

A first-rate bible reading resource for our 9 year old son. Clear, thought-provoking teaching with interesting puzzles to do which reinforce it. He loves doing it and never wants to miss one before he goes to bed.

Good fun. Well presented

(Review written for 'XTB 6: Footprints')

My 7 year old really loves doing these notes. We do the table talk passage that ties in with it at breakfast time when we can. He enjoys the mini puzzles and the occasional comic strip.
