What makes a church a Gospel-Shaped Church?

​Although many pastors identify with the values and leadership of The Gospel Coalition, what really defines a gospel-shaped church? Obviously it's not the worship style, the leadership structure, a particular view of the end times, mode of baptism or how church discipline is administered—those are denominational distinctions.  

And although a robust and biblical view of what the gospel actually is, is the starting point for becoming a gospel-shaped church—it is only the starting point. The true test of a gospel-shaped church is how that gospel becomes the defining and driving force in the life and ministry of the local congregation. Watch Tim Keller explain…
