Theologically more accurate

 I purchased Christianity Explored to compare it with another course for enquirers. I much prefer Christianity Explored because it is closer to Scripture and emphasises the need for repentance in order to accept Christ into one's life.

Christianity Explored Course

 This course is a marvellous help in explaining the gospel. When I saw how carefully put together and how sane it was, it gave me the confidence to have a go and use it with my friend.

Excellent Material

 This material is excellent. The DVD's are well-produced and the presentation is simple enough to understand for an unconverted or newly converted person, as well as being deep and profound enough for an experienced believer. I wholeheartily recommend it

Christianity Explored

 The latest version of Christianity Explored is excellent and everyone in our group thinks it does a great job of explaining clearly the Christian faith.

Highly Recommended

 Well done CE team. Having run CE for 7 years, it took group leaders a while to get used to the new format. The updated materielas are easier to use and clearly identify the different elements of the course - participants seem to like it. CE has been a great blessing to our community, the new materials are excellent. Praise God.

Christianity Explored

 I used this course for a church Bible study and it was well received . The hand book was ideal for the participants to continues there studies at home between each session.The order and delivery service form the Good Book company was excellent . I received my order within a couple of days which allowed me to order and receive the number of copies I required between the first and second session.

Excellent, biblical resource.

(Review written for 'Discipleship Explored Handbook')

 I am running this course on a one to one basis with a friend who is a new christian. We have only done three weeks so far, but every week we both have gained something from the study. Other reviewers have commented on the fact that the speaker doesn't smile very often - but we didn't find that this was an issue as much of what is discussed is serious stuff. We find his messages relevant and interesting and, bearing in mind that I have just studied Philippians in my church home group, very fresh. I think I've missed a trick not using this material before. I would definitely use it again. Much easier than starting one of these studies with a 'blank sheet of paper' so to speak.

Wonderful Course

 Difficult to do a review of this purchase (course Handbook) in isolation as it is one component of the material needed for the course. However, the course is excellent as a 'back to basics' for established Christians and a wonderful way of introducing the Gospel to those with even the slightest of interest.

A well thought out easy to run course.

 The book, along with the course, is a very easy straight talking thought provoking way of sharing the gospel. Having run Alpha courses in the past I find that Christianity Explored is a lot more down to earth & far more accessible to people from all levels of life & education.

Great Material

 We have run the course twice so far in our church. It helps people who have no concept of Christianity to explore the evidence for Jesus in a relaxed and informative way. It is also helpful for people not theologically trained to present their faith in a well ordered way. I would Highly recommend it. The only challenge is that in the newer version of the books some of the questions differ. [Ed note: See http://www.thegoodbook.co.uk/ce-error]
