Great little kids devotional

(Review written for 'XTB 1: The Book of Beginnings')

My eldest kids are 9 and 7 and we use this book as part of our morning devotions. The kids really like it because the activities are interesting and not too difficult for them. Although the scripture readings are quite short, the questions and activities really get the kids to engage with what they have read. Also, you stay with the same book for a while so there is good continuity - if they are distracted one day, they usually get more understanding the next day. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I think it's quite light and I supplement it with Discover For Yourself Bible Studies For Kids from Precept Ministries which we do later in the day. All in all though, these are fantastic resources (one needed for each child) and I would highly recommend them.

Great buy for kids that like to do written activities

(Review written for 'XTB: Christmas Unpacked')

My 7 year old daughter has done several books in this series and loves them. This one did not disappoint ! She loved the rescue sticker. The teaching was very clear and made me think too!

XTB bible notes

(Review written for 'XTB Subscription')

Bought these for my daughters age 6 and 7. Both love doing their bible notes each night. My 6 year old struggles with the reading and some of the puzzles bur this doesn't deter her and with a little help she keeps up with her sister! Such a privilege to guide them as they learn from the bible themselves. The conversations we have had about the subjects they have been learning about have been amazing. The notes point them each day to the Saviour - what more can I add?!

Excellent

(Review written for 'XTB: Christmas Unpacked')

This is a combination of Table Talk and XTB in the same book. We do Table Talk with our 4 year old and then our 7 year old does XTB afterwards. I couldn't recommend both Table Talk or XTB more. They are both absolutely fantastic.

My 7 year old son loves this and will not turn his light out until we've done it! Full of puzzles and quizzes and he loves the promise stickers. Thank you for making quiet times a fun part of the day.

Excellent as ever

(Review written for 'XTB 11: Write and Wrong')

We have enjoyed using all the XTB books and this is as good as all the others. Faithful to God's word, fun puzzles and a clear message at the end of each day. Thanks again!

A great resource for kids

Our 7 year old son loves this series. A great way to get kids looking at the Bible for themselves.

Great tool for getting kids into the Bible

(Review written for 'XTB Subscription')

I ordered XTB because I wanted something more than just Bible stories for my nearly 7 year old. We enjoy doing it together and every day is different which I like. There are some fun puzzles and teaching points are put across in creative ways. She is definitely learning more about God and being a Christian from doing it and so am I!
