“Challenging, thought provoking”

Coming from a reformed evangelical church I wasn't too sure about the content on maybe some doctrinal points that may see things differently.....if you know what I mean! However, I bought these Explore books with an open mind for a new Christian agreed 19. We go through the readings together mostly and have found them to be thought provoking and challenging and encouraging. It seems that any points I feared may be different are not covered but the author encouraged discussion with an older Christian our church leader.
The layout of the book is fun, yet not irreverent, and the content is very good. Keep up the good work people, there is very little"good" material like this.

“Useful Bible reading notes”

Reviewed by my 15 year old daughter who I bought them for:
the Engage notes have a helpful layout for each day. It's good that the notes tell you how to find your way round the bible at the start, for those who are unfamiliar. There is the right amount of depth in what is written for each bible passage.

“Good Value For Money”

I have two girls aged 11 and 8 who have found the series not just inspiring but as well stimulating. We all look forward to our family devotion time together, it really engages, for us it is question time. Would definitely recommend for use to family with growing up kids, it is all worth it.

“Great for busy mum”

As a Mum of 3 small children I don't get very long to read my bible in the morning. I have found these notes to be really great at helping me look at the passage and get something out of it rather than just forgetting what I have read in the tired blur of the morning. Not very long and easy to access.

I have found these Bible studies useful to give away to our youth at church, to encourage them to read the Bible. I also consult these studies when we are planning our Youth Group Bible studies. Engage is readable, sensible, and useful for ministry. 5 stars.

“Great for teenagers looking for a short but challenging devotion”

I used this as a teenager, and now recommending this to the youth group at my church. Each devotion can take 5-20 minutes and I like that there was no dates so no pressure. Perfect for teenagers to decide how much of time and effort to give.
