Christianity Explored is an excellent resource and I warmly recommend it. The Leader's Guide is a treasure trove of experienced advice, the beautifully produced DVD takes us through the claims of Jesus as recorded in Mark's Gospel, and Rico Tice is one of the most engaging evangelists in the world today.
A very necessary and helpful resource, alongside the CEM's NIV copy of Mark. Used in conjunction with CE videos online. A great course led by Rico Tice, to introduce people to Jesus.
I have been using Christianity Explored materials for many years. This handbook is simple to navigate for class participants and has all the salient parts of the course. Material well set out and ties in well with the video presentation material.

This is great, interactive study to introduce people to the basics of who Jesus is, what he did, and how we should respond.
Using this in an addiction recovery home to share the Gospel to those who never heard and those who heard wrong. Being able to use the scripture to pre-ceed and follow the video teaching leads to wonderful discussion of Jesus in Mark and drawing the other Gospels as needed. What Joy to see God at work through His Word.
I am sooo thankful to have discovered CE! Rico's arguments (while in no way made in an argumentative way) are clear, concise, and compelling as well as creative.
As valuable as the contributions of Charles Finney and Billy Graham have been to American Christianity, gospel presentations in America can feel like a bit of a sales pitch. "Here's the information. You'd better buy it now." British Isles Christianity seems more in the vein of C.S.Lewis. "Take your time and think deeply about the gospel and its claims. 'Come let us reason together.' The message of Christ addresses our deepest human needs and problems." As gospel presentations go, a wonderful breath of fresh air!
Taking for a trail run by using the material to talk to an "un-churched" friend. headed into 3rd week and it has been wonderful resource to prompt this time together. I found best to walk through questions ahead of time as some things are a bit redundant. But who can't appreciate repeating lessons in the gospels :-) ?

This course is simply the best I have experienced it is clear concise and relevant. I am running it at the moment and people are engaging and asking questions, it is very helpful for helping people see who Jesus is. Praying that we see much fruit from this excellent resource.
I have used Christianity explored on several occasions which has resulted in my friends coming to faith, Praise God. The summaries are very helpful and the key points and questions too, which are reflective and challenging.
