I bought all 14 of The Tales That are True for my great grand children. They love them so much. Their parents read one book every night. Their bed time is twice as long now because they ask so many questions about the stories.
This series of books is scriptural accurate & visually stunning! It is grabbing the attention of more than the 3-5 age group and is a favorite when children are selecting their own books to read and re-read. I gave a dozen out as Christmas gifts….. the notes and calls I received for more books was heartfelt and surprising! I would recommend this book to parents and grandparents for excellent reading. The activity book was also a plus to accompany the book.
Excellent quality, great colour and and solid teaching.
We absolutely love the Truth that Tells the Truth series, but this book is our favorite. We go back to it time and time again. It gives my kids a complete view of scripture as being one big story, rather than a bunch of unrelated individual stories. I love that through this book, my kids can grasp the Gospel and see that it has always been God's plan for salvation.
Wonderful as an Easter resource for young children to be used during lent each week to teach children
this book was great for Easter activities and for showing children where the Easter story fits into the whole system of the Faith. Delivered quickly and excellent value for money
