Return Policy & Procedures
For a full refund, you may return any item still in print in its original condition within 45 days of receipt. Please note that any shrink-wrapped items that have been opened or items that are otherwise marked are considered damaged and may not be returned. Yoto cards can be returned within 31 days of purchase provided that they are unopened and unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our warehouse partner requires prior authorization for ALL returns. If you return items without first contacting us, we regret that we will be unable to provide a refund or credit.
