Empower kids ages 3+ to connect the gospel to their own actions and attitudes! From creation and fall to redemption and sanctification, this colorful rhyming storybook captures the beauty of the gospel message through simple, practical, rhyming language and illustrations that children will love to engage with.
Focusing on the way we use our mouths, Abbey Wedgeworth helps children to see that God gave their words real power, and that this power can be used to heal or to harm. But we're not left on our own to do the right thing—we can look to Jesus as our example, ask God for forgiveness when we mess up, and receive the help of the Holy Spirit as we use our mouths for God's glory!
With bright illustrations and fun rhymes, this storybook will inspire and equip your children to follow Jesus in word and deed.
My go-to recommendation for all Christian families is this series. All the illustrations are adorable and diverse. It really walks through what God did and did not create us for. This has been an excellent discipleship tool in our house as we are teaching our 2 year old appropriate ways to use his body in different situations.
As a mom, I love books that can help me guide my toddler’s behaviors back to the gospel. Your Magnificent Mouth is a practical book for parented and a fun, truth-filled rhyming book for kids.
The story relates our mouth and speech back to the speech and mouth of God and Jesus in a way that is easy for children to grasp.
Our family owns all the books from the Training Young Hearts series and they're our toddler's favourite books. I'm so grateful for Abbey's fun-filled and engaging books that point little ones (and adults!) to Jesus! The new Your Magnificent Mouth/Hands books have been so helpful for even my older kids (up to 8 years old) to connect the gospel with the way they choose to use their body parts, and help them see how perfect our Lord is and that we can always find forgiveness and help in Him when we fail. I love Abbey's biblical training refrains, which I ...find I often use in the home now to help my children choose how to use their hands/mouths/feet/eyes/ears to glorify God. Thank you for yet another enjoyable resource!
