I was looking for something to give to a young baptism candidate (11 years old). This was perfect. An engaging and informative guide to the Bible with some really practical wisdom on how to study the Bible for yourself. I would give this to most teenagers as well as 8-12s
We ordered multiple copies and gave them to our youth group after we had been looking at the theme of God's big story and how as Christians we can choose to follow him and be part of it. They provided the young people with some really helpful visual illustrations of how the bible is put together, how it can be navigated and how they can explore it better for themselves. We had some good feedback and hopefully being A5 size the young people will keep it alongside their bibles for future reference. Visually it is perhaps more suited to young ...teens, so a revised copy for suitable for older teens/young adults/new Christians would be great!
