I needed a study that was simple but engaging for both Christians and non-Christians. My husband is in a nursing home and I needed material I could share with them without requiring me to build it all since I’m already so busy. This was absolutely an answer to prayer. Thank you! The other beautiful thing is each study is fine as a stand alone in case someone missed a study day. Amazingly we are set to discuss the crucifixion and resurrection right as we celebrate Easter! I recently ran a bible study for a few ladies from our local toddler group, two of whom had never been to a bible study before. The studies are well thought through and the questions encouraged lots of good conversation.
Each passage focussed in some way on forgiveness, which was very helpful when discussing the difference between faith in Christ for the forgiveness of sins and the common perception that being a christian simply means that we lead a moral ...life.

I have been using this study book with a group of international ladies who are wanting to know more about Jesus. Each bible study is well laid out, with additional information for those who are not bible literate. It is extremely good at bringing out the main points in each bible passage, and points people to Christ and who he is. The only negative I would say about the book, is that sometimes the English is quite academic, and difficult to understand. I find myself having to use simpler language. I recognise, however, that the books are not designed to ...be used by people that don't have English as their first language, so it may not be an issue with fluent English speakers. All-in-all, a very good study book for those who are wanting to know more about Jesus, and the Christian faith.
