When will my order arrive?

If you’ve chosen standard shipping, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days.

If you’ve chosen priority shipping, we ask that you allow 1-6 business days.

Orders often arrive sooner than that! More information can be found right here.

My order arrived, but only in part. Where’s the rest?

Usually our shipments come from one location: our US warehouse. Sometimes it’s necessary to send your order from more than one warehouse. If you’ve received a shipment that doesn’t include your entire order, it probably means the rest of your order is coming from somewhere else.
