Q: Oops, I used the wrong address!
A: Please call our customer services team, and they can help.

Q: How do I remove something from my basket?
A: If you click on View Basket on the right hand side of the selected product, you will see a red 'X'. Click on the red 'X', and it will take it out of your basket.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes we do. You can email them to your recipient.

Q: Which payment options do you accept?
A: When ordering online, all major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal. If you would like to pay by any other method, please contact us to place your order.

Q: What are your delivery times?

Q: How can I access my ebook?
A: Download links will be included in your confirmation email. By clicking on them you will then be able to download them onto your desired device. See our guide on how to install them on your device. If you have any trouble, please contact us, and we’ll help you access them.

Q: Where do I put my discount codes?
A: If you 'view basket', you will see an option for ‘Discount Code’ on the right-hand side of the screen, just above the red ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. Click or tap this and it will reveal a box where you can add your code.

Q: How do subscriptions work?
A: Once you sign up to our Bible Reading Notes subscription you will be sent out a copy each quarter, so you will receive a total of 4 copies throughout the year.

Q: How do I view and amend my contact details?
A: If you have set up an account with us, you can go to ‘my account’ and choose the My Profile option to update your personal profile or the My Details to update your email address or postal addresses.

Q: What are your standard hours of operation?
A: Our standard hours of operation are 8:30am-5pm EST (excluding bank holidays). 

Q: Can I send my ebook files to others?
The ebook files are for your personal use only. The files cannot be forwarded and shared with others. If you wish to share the files with others, enter the quantity you need when ordering.
