About this book

Excite kids about how great it is to be a Christian with this beautifully illustrated treasury of theological truths.

Going from A to Z, kids will learn about the amazing things that are true of us if we know Christ. For example:

  • B is for Branch - we are connected to Jesus, the vine, and he gives us life and all we need.

When children think about the marks of a Christian, they may first think of things Christians do. But it’s also essential for us to teach kids who Christians are. That’s exactly what Dr. Begg does in C Is for Christian. This beautifully illustrated alphabet catechism will help the next generation learn and remember the Bible’s many vivid depictions of Christian identity.

I bought it for my Grandchildren, then bought another for myself, and have shared it with my coworkers at our school. I plan to use it in my classroom next school year. Beautifully and succinctly written, with lovely, creative illustrations. I want to give everyone I love a copy!

I'm always on the lookout for books that take theology and put it at a child's comprehension level. I want my kids to have a solid foundation of theology that goes beyond the picture book Bibles. This is a great book that uses the alphabet to talk about our identity in Christ. It's easy for kids to try to fashion their own identities centered on their appearance or their interests.
