Our Team

As an employee-owned company, our whole team is invested in each book we publish. We love getting to serve alongside you as you write resources that we’ll use in our homes and lives, too.

You will mostly interact with your editor and marketer but, behind-the-scenes, you’ve got a whole team dedicated to serving the kingdom with your book.

Editorial Team

Your editor is your main point of contact for the production phase of the book. You’ll work directly with them to write, shape, and develop your manuscript. In turn, your editor will work alongside other editorial colleagues to seek input and advice throughout the writing process. Your editor will also manage the production of the book’s layout, coordinate proofreading, and work with the design team to produce a cover brief for the book. They’ll bring all of these parts together and get everything ready for the Production Team, who will send your book to press.

Marketing Team

While you’ll work with one dedicated marketer, you may also be in touch with our in-house publicist. These two team members will be working with the rest of the Marketing Team to ensure we’re all on the same page. You’ll see your book promoted via email, catalogues, social media, and more. There’s a whole team of marketing specialists behind those channels.

Sales Team

If you attend any Christian conferences where we have a booth or bookstall, you might get to meet one of our friendly Sales Team members. But if not, rest assured that they are actively sharing your book at events and in regular meetings with trade partners, church accounts, libraries, bookstores, and more.

Design Team

Helping with everything from the layout of your book to coordinating the cover design to creating social-media assets for you to share, our Design Team offers behind-the-scenes support to ensure all of the visuals related to your book can shine. If your book is illustrated, they’ll be working with your book’s illustrator to facilitate that process, too.

Production Team

Our Production Team is passionate about picking out the right paper, binding, cover material, ink, and more so that your book’s feel matches its look and value. They work with printers around the world, and regularly visit them in person to ensure our partners comply with local employment laws and pay their staff a fair wage.

Operations & Warehouse Teams

You know the joy of holding a book in your hands—but what goes into getting that book from the printer to your favorite reading spot? That’s where our Operations and Warehouse Teams come in. They oversee the supply chain, manage our stock, and work with partners to ensure your book reaches those who will be blessed by it.

Customer Service Team

Whether helping a customer navigate downloading an eBook for the first time or offering recommendations to pastors about which book will best suit their church’s need, our Customer Service Team will champion your book by supporting your readers when they call or email us.

Rights & Translations Team

As they meet virtually and in person with other publishers around the world, our Rights and Translations Team will share your book. This team has coordinated translations into more than 60 languages with brothers and sisters in Christ from many different countries. They love partnering with international publishers to spread the gospel to every tribe and tongue, and love helping ministries acquire rights for creative uses as well.

Finance Team

Part of serving alongside each other effectively is stewarding our resources well. Our Finance Team carefully manages our budget—and your royalties—so that we can be wise and generous with the resources God gives us.

IT Team

Every time a reader clicks “order” on our website, accesses a sneak peek on Amazon, or sees your book show up on a Google search, our IT team is somewhere behind the code that makes it happen. None of us could serve as we do without them.
