How do I change my order?

In order to get your books to you as fast as possible, we begin processing your order immediately after checkout. Because of this, we have a very small window in which we may cancel or change an order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been packaged, we cannot alter or cancel it.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! You can find the pricing for bulk orders on each product’s page. If you plan to order more than 100 copies of a single title, please contact our Customer Service Team to verify availability and discount.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Can I place a tax-exempt order?

Yes. We encourage you to sign up to be a Ministry Partner. During registration you will be able to upload your tax-exempt form, and then once approved all orders placed using that account will be automatically tax-exempt. If you do not wish to be a Ministry Partner (or do not qualify), please email us with your request to create a tax-exempt account and attach a PDF or jpeg of your tax-exempt form.

Am I allowed to photocopy/read aloud/use your resources…?

What translations do you offer?

As an international Christian publisher, The Good Book Company is passionate about making resources available in as many languages as possible and we are working with a growing number of translation partners around the world. Our range of translated resources is continually increasing so the best way to purchase copies in any particular language is to order directly from the local publisher. Please see our Translations page to search for the language you need.

Do you have digital versions of your books?

We offer ebooks for all of our non-illustrated titles–simply select “eBook” instead of “Paperback” before adding it to your cart. These will be delivered to you via email after checkout. We also offer an app called Explore that provides daily devotional material to encourage you in your walk with God. Learn more here.

How do I access my ebook?

Download links will be emailed to you. By clicking on them you will then be able to download them onto your desired device. See our guide on how to install them on your device. If you have any trouble, please contact us, and we’ll help you access them.

How do I view and amend my contact details?

If you have set up an account with us, click the account icon in the top right corner of the website and sign in. Use the menu on the left to update your information accordingly.
